DELIVERYOF SERVICE/CONTRACT FORMATION

We use your personal data to fulfill our agreements with you, that is when you have ordered a product or a service from us. The legal basis for processing personal data for this purpose is that the processing is necessary to fulfill a contract with you.

We are continuously working on developing and improving our services and products.Much of this work involves analyzing various forms of personal data, such as customer activity, customer history, and account and profile information. We customize the user experience and communication according to your customer relationship, and we use personal data for this. The legal basis for processing personal data for this purpose is our legitimate interest.

Cookies

 Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer when you download a webpage. The Data Protection Authority currently uses cookies for the following purposes:

 We have also developed a privacy-friendly statistical solution. This requires a session cookie. The session cookie we use is named "datatilsynet,"and it is the same one used for logging in (see the list below). In addition, the user agent that is used is also stored. We have not yet implemented this in the statistics, but it can be used, among other things, to see which types of devices are most commonly used. It only contains the "user-agent string" (for example, Mozilla/5.0).
